How to Reduce Stress and Increase Your Creativity

Special moment - Butterfly on a waterdrop

Research has indicated that stress may reduce your creativity and because of that I want to share with you a very simple technique you can use to reduce your stress: Stay in the present moment.

A good way to stay in the present moment and thus reduce stress is to look around and find three things in your environment.

For example, right now I see an Aloe vera plant, a computer charger and a bowl full of strawberries.

You could also focus on what you hear, feel and smell.

What three things are in your environment now?

Did this assist you with being in the present moment?
