experience.

Is there anyone so wise as to learn by the
experience of others?
Often it is easier for us to believe something is possible if we see that other people have been able to do what we want to do. It can be very useful to see what they did that went well and follow that path, and learn from their experience so we can reach our goals faster and on the way create our own experiences and knowledge.
Did you know that Charles Flint didn’t launch IBM until he was 61 years old, and that Martha Stewart, home decorator, didn’t get into home decorating until she was 35 years old?

So if age is not an obstacle, what is?
It is said that the most important thing for success is grit. Grit is passion and perseverance for long term goals. Grit is living life like it is a marathon, not a sprint.
If you have grit, it does not matter how old you are because our brain changes and grows in response to challenges.
