I think it is especially great because leading for creativity is one of the most popular area of demand in Corporate America and a “must-have skill for today’s managers”. Creativity is one of the cornerstones of organisational success. And it does not come as a surprise that corporate executives have claimed that creativity and innovation are among their highest priorities.

Entrepreneurs need to focus on enhancing their creativity because research indicates that creativity plays a critical and important role in the entrepreneurial process.

How can you train yourself to be more creative? The best way is to simply practice :)
